1. Ordering 


How do I place an order?


  • Browse our items thru the CATALOG page or by collection.

  • Click on CONTACT (please put a link of the contact page here) to inquire about the pricelist and our customer service representative will get in touch shortly. Please give us 24 hours upon submission of inquiry to reply. 


  • Click on SHOP from the menu 

  • Add items to your cart by clicking on “Add to Cart” 

  • Once you have completed your orders in your cart, click “Checkout” 

  • Fill in the necessary fields with your correct and complete contact and shipping details. 

  • Choose a payment option between PayPal, BPI bank deposit, or GCash deposit.

  • You will receive an email containing your sales invoice and payment instructions. 


Can I reserve an item? 


All our items are one-of-a-kind and made to order and are available for purchase on a first come first serve basis only.

Do you accept international orders? 


We gladly accept international orders. Our courier for international shipping is Fedex. For quotations please email us at


Do you have a physical store? 


As of the moment, we don't have a physical store. Please subscribe to our newsletter for more updates on trunk shows, pop ups, and sales.


2. Payment 


What are your payment methods for local orders?


For local orders, we accept payments via PayPal,  BPI Bank Deposit, & GCash Deposit.


The account information and payment instructions will be provided on your sales invoice upon confirmation of your order. Provide your proof of payment within 12 hours unless otherwise stated. 


If you are unable to provide proof of payment, your order will automatically be cancelled.


What are your payment methods for international orders?

For international orders, we currently only accept payments via PayPal. Payments facilitated via PayPal does not include PayPal fees yet. We will send you a separate billing form with the grand total (total + PayPal fees). 


3. Sizing 


What are your sizing options?


Complete sizes and dimensions of each item are indicated on the description portion of the item. You may also refer to our SIZING GUIDE (put the link here) for measurements.

4. Care & Repair 


What are your care instructions?

Each item is carefully crafted and thus we recommend hand wash as the best option for taking care of your items. Soak your items on a basin with lukewarm water & light soap or detergent. Wring the product a little and flat dry your item.

Once damp or nearly dry, iron on low to medium heat. You may use the cotton pouch to put on top of your item when pressing.

You may starch your items for a crisp finish.

For storage, you may put a dessicant near the item. You may also fold and keep inside the cotton bag provided.


5. Shipping 


What are your Metro Manila shipping options?


Local Shipping


We are committed to do our best to ensure that your item/s arrive you as soon as possible with that, our shipping options in Metro Manila are Grab and Lalamove - with these courier services, your item will be received within the day that we inform you that the item is available and ready to be picked up.

Once shipping information have been provided and the item/s is with the courier, we will not be liable for any loss, delays, damage, tampered packaging, etc.


What are your Provincial shipping options?


The provincial shipping options are Gogo Xpress or LBC. The shipping rates vary per courier. Please email us to get a quotation.

International Shipping 


What are your International shipping options?

Our international courier is Fedex.

Will I have to pay additional taxes/fees on my shipment? 


Payment of additional taxes and fees vary per destination. The customer may need pay import fees, additional taxes, handling fees and other surcharges applicable to the country where the item will be shipped to. You may contact your local customs office to find this out beforehand. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges.

When will my order/s arrive?
